Firstly the team I work with make my job enjoyable, each day is never the same, I’m faced with different challenges each day to which I enjoy finding solutions & planning the production floor to meet the deadlines of our customers

I started with Diamonds as a Temp in October 2015 & was made a permanent employee in March 2016. During this time, I have been given the opportunity to develop my skills within the manufacturing sector (which I had never worked in before) & this enabled me to apply for various job roles within the company & was successful in achieving all roles. I hope that this continues for the years to come & further development for myself is possible

What I enjoy about my job
As a Sales Manager at Diamond Corrugated, I take great pleasure in the fulfilling relationships I build with customers, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions that make a difference. The dynamic nature of the corrugated packaging industry keeps me engaged as I stay informed about the latest trends and innovations. I enjoy creating and implementing strategic sales initiatives that fuel my creativity and drive for growth while witnessing the tangible impact of my efforts on the company’s success. Additionally, the opportunities for personal and professional development through training and networking further enrich my experience, making my role a truly rewarding journey.

What I enjoy about my job
Diamond has a very collaborative work ethic. From technical to transport, cleaners to directors everyone works together to get the best from each other and for the business.
The management team really encourage inclusion and they value each member of staff’s abilities and input individually. I have been encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and also allowed to excel at what I am good at. Since starting with Diamond in August 2023 I have felt valued and respected and have been afforded a great work life balance.

What I enjoy about my job
One of the best things about the technical and design department at Diamond is that no two days are ever the same. We are constantly facing new challenges in designing packaging to meet changing customer needs, overcoming issues customers are finding in their packing systems and supply chains or working with our own production team to find solutions to the issues they may face in the scaled up manufacture of our designs.
